15 step program

Today was our last day of pillaging the streets of Premanon.  We are officially in altitude seclusion.  This post is coming from 2500m (unless we have a placebo room) which really is surprising since it only took me 15 steps to go from 1000m to 2500m.  The rooms are about the same size as my first room.  They are sealed so we have to shower in the locker room otherwise it will turn into a rain forest in here.  It also sounds like we are rooming with Darth Vader with all of the pumps and gadgets.

The schedule is in room 4-7 pm, out dinner, 8pm-7am in, breakfast, 8-10am in, 10-4 training time.  Enough time to find the end of the internet and do some homework.  I am rooming with Jacob, he is the one the Danish TV was following around this week.

My artery did not burst open so it was all systems go for a nice ride today.  I kept it pretty calm as others turned the throttle a bit.  A group of 5 went out for about 110k with 1800m of climbing.  It was a good loop to end or last days as free men on.

And last but not least, dinner was brownish soup, salad, fish, rotini and veggies.  Again!  Finally ICE CREAM for dessert.  Man, that took forever to get.  Time to watch a bit of Canadian Pro Tour racing on Eurosport.
