Not a whole lot changes even though we are free of the hypoxic rooms. It was a pretty low key day for everyone today. A few of the researchers have gone home for a few days while we wait for our next round of tests to start. It was another beautiful day here and a few of us did get out for a short ride with an espresso stop. It looks like the cx races at home have had some pretty nice weather.
Having 3 classes definitely helps pass the time since the ride volume is quite a bit lower with the cyclocross season looming.
We were entertained this evening by AJ and Zach shotgunning beers and that was the most exciting part of the day.
